    Hi Uncle Knackers,
quick question , how do you put your transfers (decals, what program do you use) onto the finished product ?
would like to make one (Fishing Rod Holder) for my son in law with some good decals etc
    Regards
    Greg

    • G’day Greg,

Glad you liked the fishing rod holder mate ? I made a video a few years back explaining the process. Link to Image Transfer Video. The instruction starts around the 5.40 mark in the video. Good Luck!! https://youtu.be/-A-Un_X21lU

The great thing about this process is that you can print any image you like that you find with a google image search. Just a couple of quick tips. The process works best on ply and pine. Give the surface a good sand before you apply your image. When the image comes out of the printer, keep your fingers away from the ink and once placed on the wood, be very careful to hold the image securely with your fingers because if the paper moves when you rubbing in the image the image will blur!

Good luck and thanks for watching ,

      Cheers,
      Shane….AKA Uncle Knackers ????
